Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately for easy printing.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your footwear or insoles in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
